Set within a wide-angle panorama format, these fine hand-woven large scale artworks feature graphic qualities of drawing tonally with threads, details from landscape and plant life are transferred via unique visual language of threading and weaving structures to achieve wide, spatial vistas with plant and tree details set in space. Tactile interest is achieved by exploiting contrasting spun qualities of highly twisted fine merino wool. The illusion of movement through receding space is achieved by altering and echoing placement of motifs on ground.
